Two dream caravan rigs up for grabs

A couple of awesome tow tug and caravan rigs, both worth in excess of $200K are being raffled off in latest charity drives

Dreaming about heading off on a lap of luxury, but don't currently have a suitably modern rig sitting in the driveway that's up to the job?

Don't fret, as you might be able to score one on the cheap with a couple of brand-spanking new turn-key touring rigs being raffled off at the moment, as part of the latest fund-raising charity drives.

For starters, a 4500kg tow-rated Toyota Tundra pick-up truck and a 19ft New Age Manta Ray Expedition couple's off-road caravan valued at $285,000 including on-road costs, is being raffled for the latest NTI fundraiser for Motor Neurone Disease research.

The Tundra is the most powerful and expensive Toyota ever sold in Australia and has been converted from left- to right-hand drive by Walkinshaw Automotive. It comes ready for heavy-duty towing with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 petrol-electric hybrid powertrain pumping out 326kW and 790Nm, with drive provided to all four wheels by a 10-speed automatic transmission.

It's swish inside too, with a 14.0-inch infotainment system, 12-speaker JBL premium sound system, dual zone climate control, synthetic leather upholstery and eight-way power-adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats.

The up-spec New Age van is also loaded up with off-road and comfort features, including a 400Ah lithium battery system with 3000W inverter and 400W rooftop solar, 28in TV, air-conditioner, leatherette upholstery, 171L fridge freezer, Fusion audio and Bosch Tow Assist.

Tickets are available from $20 from the competition website, and the winner will be drawn on July 13 at the NTI Townsville 500 Supercars event.

There's also a 2025 Ford Ranger Wildtrak dual-cab ute and latest olive green Jayco All-Terrain off-road caravan being raffled off to raise funds for children's cancer charity Camp Quality.

With a total prize value of $200,221, the blacked out, leather-lined Ford ute is powered by the 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission, and comes loaded up with extras including a Summit bull bar, extendable towing mirrors, tow bar, EBC, and dash camera.

The 2025 Jayco 19ft family bunk caravan comes ready for off-road, off-grid luxury adventures with independent coil link suspension, a 240Ah lithium battery system with 800W rooftop solar, 224L fridge-freezer, 3.3kg washing machine, air-conditioner and queen Tempur mattress, while extras include leather upholstery, an outdoor kitchen, Sirocco fans, and a $2500 Jayco accessories voucher.

Tickets start at $35 from the competition website, with the draw taking place on July 2, 2025.
