Jayco's updated MY26 line-up has broken cover, with plenty of styling and functionality tweaks along with substantial off-grid power upgrades for many of its pricier towable models.
Following the RV trend towards 'gas-free' off-grid caravans, big 48V lithium battery systems with induction cooktops are now available either standard or as an option on Jayco's latest up-spec models, while all hardtop caravans except the entry-level Starcraft now come standard with a minimum 300Ah lithium battery, 7in display and 520W rooftop solar.

Also reflecting changing buyers' tastes, the MY26 range features just four wind-up camper trailers and a single Expanda, while after two years Jayco has ditched the olive green 'van exterior for more mainstream dune, grey and white options.
Fresh external graphics and interior touch-ups including new lighting and updated upholstery on premium models, complete the range revamp.
"We get a lot of customer feedback, and one thing we've done well over the past couple of years is to listen a lot more to the consumer," explained Jayco's National Touring Sales Manager Chris Hooper.
"We're constantly making design changes but (these latest changes are) more about how the customer uses (the caravan); the functionality as well as the build quality of it," he said.
"Our processes out on the factory floor have also improved, because at the end of the day we want to provide the best quality product for the consumer at a price point."

The big news here is that Jayco has added new hardtop variants to its 'Mk3' Crosstrak hybrid range, which now runs to three pop-tops and two hardtop caravans.
Priced from just over $85,000 (tow-away Vic) and with 17ft and 18ft body lengths, the new Crosstrak hardtops come well-equipped with a 300Ah lithium battery, 1040W rooftop solar and a large external kitchen, with options extending to 17in rims and tyres, brush bars, a 48V power system and Jtech airbag suspension.
Most MY26 Crosstraks also feature easy inside/outside access to the 150L 12V fridge, and wider awning coverage for more protection when outside cooking.

Jayco has brought back the Adventurer name for its latest top-spec off-road/off-grid caravan model, replacing the previous All Terrain.
Available in 16ft to 22ft layouts, the MY26 Adventurer comes standard with the new 48V power system including 5kW battery, 4000W inverter, 48V air conditioner, 10in touchscreen and up to 1300W rooftop solar, along with ducted diesel heating, a dual wireless reversing camera, electric entry step, and Jayco's new aluminium-fabricated outside picnic table/storage 'pod'.
Pricing starts from $104,990 (tow-away, Vic), with the off-grid Adventurer available in a standard grey or optional dune exterior colour.
There's no composting toilet option available at the moment, although Thetford's new separation toilet is a likely addition later this year.

After having a crack at a smaller 15ft toy hauler, Jayco has gone back to just two big 19ft and 24ft Basestation toy hauler caravans for 2026.
They both get many of the design highlights and features of the new Adventurer, including the front toolbox, powered entry step and reversing camera, to go with fresh external graphics with an understated matte finish.
Pricing starts at around $93K driveaway, with the option of adding the 48V power pack and JTech air suspension.
Otherwise it's business as usual for Jayco's new entry-level Crosstrail bike trailer, priced from just over $22K tow-away.

Jayco's premium slide-out caravan comes with four 21ft-25ft layouts for 2026, and a big upgrade in off-grid power, with a 420Ah under-chassis lithium battery, 780W rooftop solar and 60Amp charging making the grey nomad favourite much more than the caravan park tourer it once was. If that's not enough you can also tick the Silverline option box for the 48V system.
After reaching peak styling with last year's updates, the Silverline's bold Euro look is largely carried over with a few additions like the new storage picnic table, and interior updates including new leather cushions and corner pieces.
Pricing is up as a result, with all Silverline variants now boasting six-figure price tags, including the new top-spec 25ft couple's layout which comes in at more than $120K towaway with the off-road suspension.
There are more Silverline improvements to come, with customer concerns about the heat-absorbing all-black front prompting Jayco to start work on installing new front insulation on future Silverline production 'vans.

With pricing from as low as $46K tow-way, Jayco's entry-level Starcraft and Discovery pop-top and hardtop caravans also get a decent makeover for 2026, including minimum 200Ah lithium battery systems, a new 150L 12V fridge and Dometic roll-out awning.
The 50th anniversary dune hero colour has been ditched for white (Touring) and grey (Outback) fibreglass exteriors, plus there are new graphics and refreshed interiors including leatherette upholstery now standard and cloth an option, based on customer feedback.

For 2026, Jayco's wind-up canvas trailer range that dates back 51 years, has been cut back to just four models, from the two-berth Wren to four-berth Swan. There are also two rather than three Jpods (X and XL). So no more entry-level Swift or base JPod.
Both model ranges get a new look exterior and more off-grid power (minimum 200Ah lithium battery and 200-300W solar), among other additions.
Depending on the model, there's also a new portable speaker dock and a new 115L 12V fridge, while the microwave has been relocated to a more convenient spot in the Swan camper.

There's been no word from Jayco yet on any MY26-updated motorhomes and campervans.
Unless you count the Kombi-style 50th anniversary JRV-X campervan released late last year, based on the Volkswagen Crafter delivery van and priced from $160K driveaway.
Otherwise, the choice remains a Renault Master, Fiat Ducato or Mercedes Sprinter-based two-wheel or all-wheel drive JRV campervan, or bigger B- and C-Class Destiny and Signature models, built on various platforms.
Based on what we spotted on a recent Jayco factory tour, it's the entry-level Renault-based JRV campervan, with a starting price of just $89,408 drive-away, that's proving most popular at the moment...
