Zone cuts weight for zero dollars

Lightweight composite interior upgrade on Zone vans saves up to $8000

Like just about everyone in the Australian RV industry, Queensland’s Zone RV is dealing with a general retail downturn.

However, the high-tech caravan maker is hoping to press potential customers’ buttons by offering the lighter weight sandwich panel interior material currently only available on its premium Summit Series for no extra cost.

Deal includes the Summit kitchen cabinetry minus the carbon fibre inlays

The blown PVC core panels sandwiched by fibreglass and fronted by a laminate in a range of colours saves between 40kg and 65kg on new Venture and Off Road Series Zone RVs from 17ft single axle to top-of-the-range 22ft 6in luxury models.

Importantly for many buyers, the ATM of each van is unchanged, meaning that customers also gain the same weight in legal payload.

Interior upgrade available on Venture and Off Road Series

The savings, versus the option cost of the Summit interior work out at $3500-$8000 per van, but are only available for orders placed until June 10, a period spanning the upcoming Queensland Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow from June 5-10.

The offer applies across the full range of Venture Series and Off-Road Series, for all new van orders placed, confirmed and deposit paid. The offer doesn't include carbon fibre skins on the overhead cabinets.
