What are the priciest and most desirable Australian-built caravans you can buy in 2025?

While the majority of caravans sold in Australia are priced under $100,000 there’s a growing number of featured-packed, ground-breaking and often super-sized vans available for motorhome money -- or more!

These big-ticket show-stoppers are like ‘burgers with the lot’, featuring the latest tech and often equipped for serious Outback and remote area travel. More often than not, they deliver the sort of luxury you'd expect from a prime beachfront property, along with enough water and power to keep you off the grid for weeks...

If you’ve got a suitable tow vehicle and deep pockets, here are some of the most expensive caravans you can buy in Australia in 2025…

Bruder EXP-10

Bruder EXP-10 ($385,000-plus)

Laying claim to Australia's priciest production caravan with a starting price of AUD$385,000, the Bruder EXP-10 expedition trailer is loaded with engineering tricks and technology advancements, including a "next-generation" 48V electrical system with a 20KWh lithium phosphate battery bank as standard, Victron 8000W inverter, more than 2000W rooftop solar and a sophisticated touchscreen power management system.

You also get Bruder's patented auto-levelling, off-road airbag suspension that delivers up to 300mm of travel via eight tuned remote-canister shock absorbers, and options like a roof-top mounted atmospheric water generator that can generate up to 50L a day from thin air.

Kokoda Counterstrike Vincere

Kokoda Counterstrike Vincere ($380,000-plus)

Unveiled in early 2025, the mind-boggling Counterstrike Vincere family caravan from Melbourne's Kokoda is one of the most off-grid capable and extravagantly equipped, off-road bunk vans in Australia, if not the world.

The limited-edition model bristles with 'next level' features including auto levelling and stabilizing, an electric incinerator toilet and on-board atmospheric water generator, plus there's a monster battery, solar and generator system with sophisticated smart management, that promises "ïnfinite power" when camping outside caravan parks...

Sunland LTD ADU

Sunland LTD ADU ($300,000-plus)

Built in collaboration with Youtubers Aussie Destinations Unknown, this $300,000-plus, Queensland-built 23ft off-grid couple's caravan comes loaded up with RV industry firsts including a luxury yacht-style Simarine digital switching system and a designer fit-out that includes AVI sinks and tapware, American walnut furniture veneer, Italian leather upholstery, and a massive rear bathroom/work-out space.

There's also 580L fresh, 60L drinking and 130L grey water capacity and a 900Ah lithium battery system with twin inverters to run the the 3kg washer dryer, rooftop air-conditioner, 216L compressor fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, Smart TV and separate bathroom heater, when camping in the middle of no-where...

Kedron TE7 TopEnder 6T

Kedron TE7 TopEnder 6T (est. $300,000)

Queensland's Kedron has now rolled out at least three of its ground-breaking ADR-approved, six-tonne rated triple axle caravans for customers, that was first seen in prototype form at the 2018 Brisbane Supershow.

The long list of modifications include the design-registered truck air brake system that helps boost the base van’s ATM (fully loaded weight) from 4500kg to 6000kg – believed to be a first for an off-road Aussie recreational caravan.

Dispending on the customer's requirements the 26ft tri-axle monster vans come loaded with upmarket appliances and cutting-edge technology, like a CCTV-type security system that provides a 360 degree view around the van, displayed on a screen in the master bedroom.

CRZRVAN K2

CRZRVAN K2 (est. $280,000-plus)

Victoria's CRZR Industries has produced some outstanding off-road vans over the years, but raised the bar with its K2 family pop-top; believed to be Australia's first two-storey family caravan.

According to CRZRVAN founder Rhys Conti, the six-berth K2's powered pop-top roof raises up by around one metre to create a "spacious retreat for children... featuring up to four single beds and accessed via a full staircase".

Add in big-ticket off-grid power, 600 litres' water storage and CRZR's bespoke solid axle air-ride suspension, and you're probably looking at around $250-$300K for something similar...

Zone RV Summit

Zone RV Summit ($267,000-plus)

Zone RV's top-spec, carbon-fibre clad couple's caravan was updated in 2025 with more diesel appliances and now boasting a massive 4000 litres' storage.

Also standard for the $267,000 price is just about every imaginable feature, right down to a full set of German-made Silwy porcelain tableware and glasses with magnetic bases to prevent breakage when stored inside the Summit's lightweight composite cabinets.

The full composite 23ft 3in Summit range-topper also offers more off-grid power and functionality than before, including a 1200Ah lithium battery system with 1520W rooftop solar and 400 litres' water capacity.

Trailblazers 28ft fifth wheeler

Trailblazers 28ft fifth wheeler ($270,000-plus)

Trailblazers' big-ticket, 28ft tandem axle fifth wheel caravan with slide-out rolled out of the Victorian factory in early-2025.

It gets all the internal space and features you expect in a big fifth wheeler, including stretch-out room for twin recliners, a large kitchen, split bathroom, master bedroom, two-person dinette/bed and loads of storage space.

Also included for the $270,000 price is an 800kW lithium battery system with 1600W rooftop solar, diesel ducted heater, Starlink satellite set-up, electric awning, external oven/BBQ and airbag suspension - although you'll pay even more if you opt to go 'full electric'.

Bushtracker 19ft show van

Bushtracker custom ($270,000-plus)

There are plenty of ‘off-road’ caravan brands on the market, but only one claims to build ‘Real Caravans for the Outback', and backs it up with a 1.2m water wading depth 'guarantee'.

It's all built into the price of course, with Queensland's Bushtracker showcasing plenty of $200K-plus show 'vans in recent years, like the very well equipped 20ft 'gas free' Bushtracker with gold sink and tapware on display at the 2024 Sydney Supershow with a price tag of $273,155...

Titanium 24ft S4

Titanium S4 ($253,000)

Melbourne's Titanium builds some of Australia's most desirable off-road caravans, and its 23ft S4 double-bunk family van is about as good as it gets, with a long, long list of premium features including Cruisemaster BCS ATX airbag suspension, dishwasher drawer, 50in TV outside entertainment box, washer/dryer and a 900Ah lithium battery set-up including 1600W rooftop solar, plus 480 litres' water carrying capacity.
