Royal Flair announces dealer shake-up

Long-standing Melbourne caravan manufacturer Royal Flair is the latest RV brand to join one of Australia's largest RV dealers, Kratzmann Caravans & Motorhomes.

Owned by the THL/Apollo group, the multi-franchise RV retail outlet located in Queensland's Moreton Bay region already counts a dozen brands in its portfolio including New Age, Coromal, Goldstream, Design RV and Adria, and the latest move should see many of Royal Flair's latest '50th Anniversary' models on display soon at the sprawling Burpengary outlet.

The Melbourne-built Royal Flair vans were previously sold in Queensland at the two Caravan HQ dealerships in Yatala and Townsville.

"Caravan HQ will no longer represent Royal Flair caravans in any state," a Royal Flair spokesperson confirmed.

After launching new Razor XT and AussieMate caravan models at its 50th anniversary factory celebration in February, Royal Flair has been rolling out other MY25 updates across its range, including new Designer Series, all-electric Eco Mate, and Raptor toy hauler caravans.

According to Royal Flair the fully refreshed MY25 models benefit from "bold new designs, upgraded power features, new customisable options and premium upgrades, and next-level style, comfort and innovation".

To complement its more upmarket range, Royal Flair is also planning to re-introduce its Micron caravan model as a new entry-level full composite tourer, with pricing expected to start from under $80,000.

It's already built a prototype at its Melbourne factory; a lightweight, single axle 16ft 6in blacktop couple's ensuite van with leaf spring suspension, 100Ah AGM battery and 200W solar panel, rooftop air-conditioner, 115L compressor fridge and 95L fresh water tank.

Meanwhile, Royal Flair is also celebrating joining Australian Off Road and Horizon Motorhomes as winners of an RVMAP People’s Choice Manufacturer of the Year Award at the recent Australian Caravan Industry of Australia conference on the Gold Coast.

"This is a huge recognition of the passion, dedication, and craftsmanship that goes into every single Royal Flair caravan," Royal Flair said on Facebook.

Like quite a few RV brands at the moment, Royal Flair is also running some ripper EOFY deals, including a bonus Adventure Pack worth $5000 on a new or in-stock 'van, if ordered before June 30.
