Queensland's Austrack Campers is rolling out a new range of updated 'Series 3' hybrid off-road pop-top models, loaded up with more features including bigger lithium battery systems, new power-operated pop-tops and other technology to make them more comfortable and user-friendly when camping off-the-grid.
The new push-button electric pop-top roof on Series 3 models is designed to make set-up easier, while bigger off-grid power set-ups including up to 400Ah of lithium batteries and 600W rooftop solar panels, allow buyers to run appliances for longer when not plugged in at caravan parks.
Other new Series 3 additions include a Bluetooth reversing camera and wireless phone chargers while, depending on the model, the new Series III hybrid campers are also available with a washing machine, oven, and diesel heater.
The latest Series 3 models also come standard with a Redarc Manager 30 Battery Management System and 2kw pure sine wave inverter.
"With the Series 3 range, we are expanding our offerings to meet the diverse needs of our adventurers," Austrack Campers' Director, Linden Lawson said. "These campers reflect our commitment to innovation, quality, and the Australian spirit of camping and outdoor adventure.”
The new Series III updates are being rolled out across a number of Austrack's couple and family hybrid camper models including the X11, X13, X15A, X15B and X15L Tanami models; X13, X13B, X15, X15LS and X16B Talawana models, and Gibb 14, Gibb 16 and Gibb 16 Family models.
Prices listed on the Austrack website include $57,990 for the Series 3 Tanami X13B family hybrid, with the Series 3 Tanami X15B family hybrid priced at $64,990, and the Series 3 Tanami X15L hybrid at $67,990.
