Xmas bargains at Sydney show
More than 150 exhibitors at inaugural Sydney Caravan ExpoSydney Olympic Park will host its first RV show when the inaugural Caravan Camping Lifestyle Expo kicks off on November 3.
Organiser the Caravan & Camping Industry Association (NSW) is promising more than 150 exhibitors and hundreds of brands at the four-day event, including many of the big name manufacturers like Avan, Bailey, Coromal/Windsor, Avida, Jayco, New Age, Cub Campers, JB, Lotus, Goldstream and Royal Flair.
The new Homebush show replaces the former Penrith and South Coast shows, and will feature the largest undercover display of RVs ever held in NSW.
“This will be a completely new Expo experience unlike anything we’ve staged before, in a fantastic, easy to access exhibition facility at the Sydney Olympic Park precinct,” CCIA NSW CEO, Lyndel Gray said.
Also displaying their latest models will be off-road specialist brands including Australian Off Road, Complete Campsite, Conqueror, Kimberley, Mountain Trail, Ultimate, Trayon and Black Series, while more budget-oriented camper brands will include Blue Tongue, Bluewater, Chivalry, Skamper Kampers, Ezytrail, Ivan, Lifestyle, MDC, Marlin, and Opus.
Motorhome enthusiasts will be well catered for with the latest models from Frontline, Avida, Trakka, Suncamper, Sunliner, Horizon, Jayco, and Britz, while among more recognised accessory brands will be some new names including Adjusta Mattress, Bell Canvas, Glamping Tents, Takacat, and The Hammbag.
As further incentive to attend the dog-friendly show, organisers are giving away a $5000 cash prize each day, and there will be other attractions including a Discover Zone with free food and wine samples, Doggy Rest Stop, Active Kids area with mechanical surfboard and other activities, Land Rover’s Twin Terrapod experience and a Happy Little Campers Zone for the young ones.
