Woolman Parks sell
Evan and Gwenda Woolman and sons David, Gavin and Warren, have sold their caravan parks to the Aspen Parks GroupThe sale also includes Magic Murray Houseboats, based at Cottonwood Holiday Park in Moama, NSW.
The Woolman family has owned caravan parks for many years, building them up to a high standard. Evan said that it was with regret the parks were sold, as his sons had been in that business for almost all of their working lives.
Parks sold to Aspen Group include:
- Boathaven Holiday Park, Ebden, Vic;
- Geelong Riverview Tourist Park, Belmont, Vic;
- Golden River Holiday Resort, Mildura, Vic;
- Cottonwood Holiday Park, Moama, NSW;
- Maiden's Inn Holiday Park, Moama, NSW;
- Murray River Holiday Park, Moama, NSW;
- A Shady River Holiday Park,
- Moama, NSW.
Aspen Group has also recently purchased the large Myall Grove Holiday Park in Roxby Downs, SA, and now has seven parks in WA, two in SA, five in Vic, seven in NSW, and one in Qld.
