A luxury-lined 7.92m long Jayco touring motorhome is being raffled off to raise funds for children's cancer charity Camp Quality.
Valued at $217,473, the well-equipped Jayco Conquest motorhome is based on the desirable rear-drive Iveco Daily with 3.0-litre turbo-diesel engine and eight-speed auto, and features a comfortable couple's motorhome layout including a kitchen and L-shape lounge/dinette, separate shower and toilet and a walk-around queen bed.
The car licence-friendly motorhome comes with plenty of 'home away from home' appliances including a wall-mounted washing machine, rooftop air conditioner, 216 fridge/freezer, four-burner cooktop and grille, microwave, instant hot water unit, TV and stereo, plus lots of internal storage options including 'his and her' hanging robes, an underbed cavity and over-cab cupboards.
The competition prize is also optioned up with 12V Sirocco fans, leather upholstery, an external shower, tow bar and a diesel heater, among other extras.
While for off-grid camping there are 125 litre fresh and 100L grey water tanks, two 4kg gas bottles and a 100Ah battery system with 200W rooftop solar and a digital control panel.
Individual tickets to enter the competition cost $35, from the Camp Quality competition website. The raffle closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on December 15, 2024 unless all 60,000 available tickets are sold out before then.
