
I don't know if the punters hated the tucker or if we had over-catered, but we combined the veggies to make these fabulous scones, just brimming with flavour. It's so simple, even I could do this one.
Ingredients:
Combine the dry ingredients, pour in the wet ingredients and loosely mix them. Shape the scones to fit your camp oven, bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven and then a further 15 minutes in a moderately hot oven. Serve them with a cup of tea.
