Affordable RV travel

GemLife motorhome hire rates start at just $150 per day (inclusive of insurance), while for cat or dog owners, there is a pet-friendly option available for just $10 extra per day.

Pets are often their owners’ best friends and for many residents, being able to travel with their pet makes that road trip holiday even more memorable. Reduced price summer hire specials are also offered for even greater savings.

The innovative Explore by GemLife travel initiative is part of the over-50s lifestyle resort developer’s concept of bringing something fresh to its growing number of homeowners.

The initial fleet of Explore by GemLife Jayco motorhomes was unveiled to residents in Queensland, with each of the RVs featuring stunning original artwork of iconic Australian landscapes commissioned especially for the project.

The illustrations include scenes of Victoria’s famous Great Ocean Road, Queensland’s Daintree Rainforest and Glass House Mountains, and the Northern Territory’s majestic Nitmiluk National Park.

GemLife’s Jayco Conquest DX motorhomes boast a spacious living layout with an electric lounge slide-out for extra room. Features include: a comfortable double bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a separate shower, a well-equipped functional kitchen with a gas cooktop, grill, gas and microwave oven, plus a washing machine and plenty of storage space.

For extra comfort and luxury while travelling, GemLife has added a suite of upgrades such as premium leather seats, a water filter, and a barbecue, while for free-camping enthusiasts there are solar panels, a diesel heater and extra batteries.
