It appears Melbourne's Supreme Caravans is filling a gap left by former manufacturers of 'supersized' caravans like Roma, with two 30ft-plus 'tiny home on wheels' currently located at the Australian Caravan Centre's Burleigh Heads, Queensland dealership.
ACC sales consultant Shaun Close said there is a 32ft triple axle 'static' caravan built by Supreme on display at the Burleigh Heads yard, with another slightly smaller 30ft 6in van also in stock.
He said the Queensland dealer will display five really big caravans at the Tiny Homes Expo at the Cleveland Showgrounds (Sept 29-Oct 1), including the two 30ft-plus Supreme vans.
"The 32ft van is purely an onsite van (while) the 30ft 6in model can be towed by a 4.5 tonne rated vehicle," he said.
Priced at $157,990 drive-away, the 2023 Supreme Spirit Tiny Home 32ft triple axle van has a Tare weight of 3840kg to go with its 4500kg ATM.
It has two side entry doors, sleeps seven and comes with all the features you expect in a modern luxury van, plus a few extra like six wall vans.
However, the layout is even more house-like than other big luxury vans, with a sitting room-style lounge area down one end, to go with a central kitchen and another lounge/dinette, double bunks and a separate shower, toilet and vanity, and a master bedroom with north/south queen bed.
Shaun Close said buyers have plenty of choices when it comes to the type of layout, interior finishes and features fitted, when ordering their "dream mobile haven".
"The larger models have a lot of customization options; they are slightly wider and have higher ceilings," he said.
