Queensland dealer Sunrise Caravans has launched a new range of fixed-roof, full-size caravans under the Sunset Caravans brand.
The Melbourne-built vans will be exclusively available from the Burpengary East multi-brand retail outlet in two main models: an off-road-oriented Sunset Wildtrekker and more bitumen-focussed Sunset Boulevard variant.

Sunrise Caravans Director Steven Andonovski said both Sunset models will "come with a myriad of included features and a body that sits on the tried-and-tested Roadrunner chassis which, coupled with the Oz Trekker coil off-road suspension, will offer a smoother and safer towing experience in Australian rugged conditions".
Pricing will vary depending on model and specification but Sunrise is currently advertising an 18ft 6in Sunset Wildtrekker with ensuite couple's layout for $63,900 drive-away, complete with smooth composite wall cladding and off-road suspension and coupling.

Designed for dirt road travel, the well-equipped van includes two 95 litre freshwater tanks and a 100 litre grey water tank, along with a twin 100Ah battery system with two 170W rooftop solar panels.
Other standard features include a reversing camera, 175 litre fridge/freezer, roof-top air-conditioner, microwave, 22in TV and audio system, with Tare weight listed at 2320kg and ATM at 2820kg.

The multi-brand Queensland caravan dealer, which moved to a new location at 290 Eastern Service Road, Burpengary East earlier this year, also sells various other full-size touring and off-road caravans in different body sizes and layouts under the Montana, Blue Sky and Sunrise brand names.
“We wanted to give our customers a choice of a van for the morning, our Sunrise range, a van for during the day, our Blue Sky range, and a van for the evening, our Sunset range," Sunrise Caravans Director Steven Andonovski said.
"Where does the Montana fit in? The Montana range is for those who want adventure 24/7 in off-road or semi-off-road conditions," he said.
