RV travellers wanting to drop by and enjoy the many sights of our nation's capital, including the Australian War Memorial and National Gallery, have a new place to stay with the opening of the new 73-site Canberra Tourist Park this week.
Located near EPIC in Canberra’s north, the just-opened Canberra Tourist Park offers 73 powered slab and grassy sites, many suitable for larger rigs (and currently advertised at around $40 a night), to go with the existing 154 guest rooms already available at the expansive Canberra Park property.

Located just 6km from the city centre, Canberra Park manager David Grigg said the aim was to "have a property as far as location goes that would actually bring people to Canberra, as opposed to them going through".
The brand new park includes an upmarket camp kitchen, guest laundry facilities with modern washers and dryers and a modern amenity building with a family bathroom.
