With a strong background in composite construction for the commercial and marine industries, the team behind Queensland’s Zone RV started in 2014 offering flat-pack DIY caravan kits before moving into full custom-build and regular production, full size touring and off-road caravans.
With a focus on remote area travel, the cutting-edge RV manufacturer specializes in hi-tech, timberless caravans, using the latest, lightweight fibreglass (and carbon-fibre) composite construction techniques, modern designs and technology to deliver a rugged, premium product for the discerning caravan buyer.
With demand for their products growing, Zone RV moved into a new $8million Sunshine Coast factory in late-2019, to make room for construction of new models including lightweight ute canopies, hard-wall hybrid campers and a new entry-level off-road caravan range.
The Zone RV range now includes the premium Off-Road, Family, Venture and Base full-height off-road and touring caravans, compact off-road pop-top Expedition camper range and the Z-UEV ute canopies.
Zone RV is the main sponsor of the Off-Road Caravan category in the inaugural caravancampingsales Great Outdoors Online Expo which runs for three weeks from July 1, 2020.
