Smith's knife
Smith's two-step knife sharpener is a small, lightweight sharpener that is easy to use on all types of knivesIt features two tungsten carbide cutting heads with pre-set angles and ceramic rods for setting the edge and then providing a smooth finish.
One end of the sharpener is coarse, for use on very dull knives or damaged edges. After three or four strokes through the slot, you give the knife a couple of swipes through the other, fine end for a smooth finished edge.
