Quarter-million dollar Big Lap job up for grabs

Score a ute, caravan and 12 months' paid travel in latest ultimate-influencer promotion

Missed out on winning the Jayco 'world's greatest job' competition?

Well, major holiday park chain BIG4 is offering an even better Big Lap 'influencer' opportunity, with the announcement of its latest 'Big Aussie Review' promotion.

The winner of the major marketing campaign gets to tour around Australia for a year, towing a Crusader Lifechanger Bunkie caravan with a Ford Ranger ute and staying in BIG4 parks across the country.

The all-expenses paid trip includes just about everything (bar miscellaneous costs like entry fees to tourist attractions), including up to $19,000 free fuel to cover the thousands of kilometres, a $500 weekly food allowance, $8000 worth of content creation gear including an iPhone with phone plan and Starlink satellite internet plan, plus $10grand of Dometic gear.

Even better, once the trip finishes the winner gets to keep the tow tug and 'van, worth just over $150K in total.

Add in the $36,500 worth of park fees, and the total 'salary package' adds up to around a quarter million dollars, according to our rough calculations.

To enter, BIG4 says first up you need to create a video of up to 60 seconds "reviewing something you love", before uploading it to Youtube. Entrants also need to answer a variety of questions in a form on the official website.

Entries close at 11:59pm (AEST) on April 13, 2026. The winner will be on the road for 12 months, with the trip kicking off in the first week of July from the Gold Coast.

BIG4 says groups of up to four people are eligible to enter, although you won't be able to bring your dog. Onboard training including a towing course will also be required prior to the trip starting.

In return, the chosen couple, friendship group or 'ambassador' family will have to deliver on a weekly basis, around seven different content pieces (photos and video) that will run on various social media channels.
