Perth repairer scores quality management triple
RV industry first 'triple' ISO quality certification for Perth-based caravan retailer and repairerA forward-thinking West Australian caravan repairer and retailer is claiming an Australian RV industry first: 'triple' quality management certification.
According to RV Solutions WA which is also a dealer for Melbourne-built Wonderland caravans as well as Queensland's Patriot Campers, the Rockingham, WA based business is the first local RV company to receive ISO Certification in three global standards: ISO 9001 – Quality Management System; ISO 14001 – Environment Management System; and
ISO 45001 – OH&S Management System.
RV Solutions WA had to undergo a rigorous assessment process to achieve the three ISO certification standards, including a thorough review of management systems, operational processes, and quality control mechanisms by independent ISO auditors.
RV Solutions Director, Scott Earley said the significant achievement underscores the company's unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in the caravan repair industry.

He said while there are five other businesses in the Australian RV industry that hold ISO 9001 Quality Certification, RV Solutions is the first to attain triple certification, and the only
repairer.
