Perth caravan dealer celebrates 21st anniversary

Some of Australia's most desirable off-road caravans are now available from a major West Australian dealership which is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year under new management.

After recently changing hands, the new owners of Rockingham, Perth-based ABBA Caravans haven't wasted time enhancing the Perth outlet's retail and repair offerings, including adding two new caravan brands, revamping the service department, and implementing a new and improved buying experience.

To go with a range of premium off-road models from Melbourne's Masterpiece Caravans, ABBA Caravans recently added the full range of TIG aluminium-framed models from Urban Caravans to its retail line-up, along with more affordably priced models from Epping, Victoria-based NextGen Caravans.

"As part of the major changes, ABBA Caravans has embarked on a complete rebranding, bringing a refreshed, modern identity to the dealership," the West Australian dealer said in a media release.

"Our service centre has been completely revamped, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality maintenance and repairs for their caravans. We are also proud to introduce our new Sales Manager, whose customer-first approach is set to transform how we serve our valued clientele."

ABBA Caravans has also rolled out an innovative new IT system, designed to deliver a more streamlined sales process for buyers.

"This new system provides customers with more time and options to explore their next van, making the experience smoother and more enjoyable."

To celebrate 21 years in the business, the Perth dealer is currently giving away two $5000-plus prizes which will be up for grabs at the Mandurah Boat, Caravan, 4WD & Camping Show (Oct 11 -13) and the Perth 4WD and Adventure Show (Nov 8-10).

It's also giving away another major prize valued at over $10,000, in conjunction with sponsors including Dometic, Ozoneshield, Australian RV Accessories, Leisure-Tec, and Integrated OE Tyre Solutions.

Also planned is a special meet-and-greet event with popular influencers Sarah and Keelan from Sarah and Keelan Travels, at the newly renovated Rockingham dealership on November 2. The young couple will appear alongside their well travelled 'Keith' Urban van, with a sausage sizzle also part of the festivities.
