Patriot Campers swoops on Mongolia

Gold Coast manufacturer showcases new Mongolian dealer in big-budget Youtube series

Jayco isn't the only high-profile Australian RV manufacturer trying to tap into YouTube's massive world-wide audience...

After two seasons on free-to-air TV, Gold Coast-based Patriot Campers will stream the third season of its in-house action-adventure show, Patriot Games, on the mega-popular video-sharing website.

Patriot says the move to YouTube is a result of the Queensland manufacturer's growing global presence, with Patriot now boasting retail outlets in the US and Mongolia as well as Australia.

Scenes shot in the rugged central Asian nation, including the opening of Patriot's shiny new Mongolian dealership and Patriot boss Justin Montesalvo getting a taste of eagle hunting during a family overland trip, are all part of the latest Patriot Games 'reality TV' production, which will feature 18 weekly episodes beginning on November 5.

Other highlights of the TJM-sponsored third series will include Montesalvo taking part in the Finke Desert Race near Alice Springs, some manic dune driving in Glamis, California and a fast-paced Dingy Derby at Renmark, South Australia.

Viewers will also be able to watch the latest RAM SuperTourer supercharged show truck being built at Patriot's Gold Coast factory, and get the chance to win a $150,000 give-away including an Isuzu D-MAX and Patriot X2 camper, which was introduced as a new entry-level camper in 2016.
