Paradise offers virtual reality first

Soon you'll be able to 'try out' a Paradise motorhome from the comfort of home

Paradise Motorhomes already sells some of Australia’s most expensive and desirable motorhomes, but now the Gold Coast manufacturer is set to lead the Australian RV industry by offering ‘virtual reality’ tours of its models.

Successfully trialled at last week’s Gold Coast Expo, Paradise Motorhomes’ Clint Ward said the technology will enable potential buyers around Australia to “walk through our motorhome range from the comfort of their own home”.

“We understand our clients are not all from the Gold Coast, so very soon we will also be offering our customers complimentary virtual reality googles sent to them along with the App download instructions so they can take a virtual tour through the motorhome they are interested in,” he said.

Using Matterport 3D software and with the help of Gold Coast virtual reality specialists, EZ Reality, Paradise says the combination of 3D ‘walk-through’ tours on all its models that can be viewed on its soon to be revamped website, along with the virtual reality option, is an Australian RV industry ‘first’.

“I believe it will be an Australian first that customers will receive the promotional cardboard virtual reality glasses and instructions to download the app and view in their home a 360 degree look inside our range,” Ward said.
