NSW dealer scoops awards
Sydney RV Group picks up three trophies including Best of the Best Trade at NSW industry awards nightMulti-brand, multi-location dealer Sydney RV Group has won the inaugural Best of the Best Trade award at this year’s Awards of Excellence conducted by the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA NSW).
Twenty holiday and residential parks and caravan and camping businesses were recognised in the annual awards, which were announced during the
2014 CCIA NSW Conference in the Hunter Valley.
Another new award, Best of the Best Park, went to Coffs Harbour Park Beach Holiday Park, which offers a resort-style, family-friendly experience with water slides, a jumping pillow, conference and function hall, and playground complex among its many facilities.
With two dealerships and 50 employees based in Penrith, Sydney RV Group offers a one-stop shop experience for RV buyers. A large range of used and new caravans, fifth-wheelers and motorhomes covers major brands including Sunliner, New Age, Nova, Swift, Elddis and Auto Trail, while servicing, repairs, modifications and accessories are available from a comprehensive service and parts facility.
Sydney RV Group’s Shari Norman also picked up the inaugural Outstanding Contribution by a Young Achiever award, which recognises up and coming talent.
Other Awards of Excellent winners included Cub Campers (Best NSW Manufacturer - Caravans, Camper Trailers & Tents), Avida RV (Best NSW Manufacturer - Motorhomes, Campervans & 5th Wheelers), and Cub Campers' canvas room supervisor, Candida De Gouveia (Employee of the Year - Trade).
