New LPT full composite off-roader debuts at Leisurefest

Upmarket 17ft luxury off-grid couple's model kicks off new LPT Caravans range

Australian manufacturer the JB Group has added yet another name to its fast-growing stable of RV brands.

Following the relaunch of Paradise Motorhomes last year and Traveller Caravans in early-2024, plus its recent takeover of New Age Caravans, the major Aussie caravan builder has unveiled a new 17ft full composite luxury off-road caravan at the 2024 Melbourne Leisurefest show, as the first model in the new LPT Caravans range.

Built in Melbourne, the new LPT full off-road couple's model shares similar full composite construction with JB's latest Hybrid range, while its up-spec off-road, off-grid package is more along the lines of JB's timber-framed Gator X off-roader.

The fixed roof, 17ft LPT17 caravan displayed at the Sandown Racecourse this week has show pricing of $156,000, along with a Tare weight of 2090kg and payload of 710kg.
