European RV toilet manufacturer Thetford has released its latest range of clean, green separation toilets on the Australian market.
The chemical and water-free units separate the wees and poos to eliminate the smelly chemical reaction, with a removable cassette for 'no.1s' and another container which holds a removable bag for 'no.2s'.

Designed to be either fitted to new caravans or swapped out with existing Thetford cassette toilets fitted to older 'vans, the Thetford S220 and S260 models allow the poo to dry out with the use of a drying agent (sawdust).
Other features include a level indicator and optional active venting. Thetford says the separation toilets are made in the Netherlands and only take around one hour to install.
RRP pricing is $1440 for the S220 and $1600 for the S260 model.
Thetford also has a new Bravura Permanent RV and marine toilet which, unlike a macerator toilet, uses a self-contained pressurised water source together with gravity to flush waste into the holding tanks. Price is $865.
