Updated Dec 15: BMPRO has announced a system update to its ProSmart mobile application designed to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
The update allows users to set up two to four icons per row detailing the status of RV/caravan functions and associated appliances. Users will also be able to manually set thresholds for functions such as temperature and tyre pressure. The sensor software interface is also customisable, enabling users to organise displays to an arrangement that best suits their needs.
BMPRO has released a new Premium version of its ProSmart wireless monitoring technology that better caters to owners of larger tandem axle caravans and motorhomes fitted with bigger fridge/freezers and more gas bottles and water tanks.
Like the standard ProSmart system, the new Premium version includes a user-friendly smartphone app that enables users to monitor RV functions such as tyre pressure, gas levels, temperature, water levels and battery status.
It can also be paired with up to 40 SmartConnect Bluetooth sensors and connect to four water tanks, along with a 12V battery and a wired temperature sensor that allows monitoring of vital parameters from the comfort of your camp chair.
Included in the ProSmart Premium pack is the SmartLink node, two gas bottle sensors, four tire pressure monitors, two temperature Bluetooth sensors, one wired temperature sensor, and a 12V battery cable.
BMPRO says the ProSmart system takes only a few minutes to set up and get running, using power from the 12V battery, and the free smartphone app is available for Apple and Android users.
The ProSmart Premium Bluetooth monitoring kit is priced at $670 from the BMPRO website.
