Conqueror Off-Road Australia will display the latest pre-production version of its biggest and most luxurious hardcore hybrid caravan to date at the Melbourne Leisurefest show in early October, before first customer deliveries are set to arrive in Australia in early-2025.
Designed for serious Outback adventures as well as off-grid glamping, the UEV-600 couple's off-road hybrid caravan with manual pop-top roof is the newest imported model in Conqueror's Australian line-up, which also includes the smaller UEV-14 family hybrid, and UEV-440 and UEV-490 hybrid slide-out campers.
Boasting a mix of luxury pop-top caravan and off-road camper trailer features, the 6.65mm long (overall) x 1.9m wide, 2350kg Tare and 3000kg ATM, UEV-600 boasts Conqueror's trademark 'Military tough' construction including a hot dipped galvanised chassis, aluminium exo-skeleton frame, composite wall and roof panels, together with a Cruisemaster DO-35 coupling, independent airbag suspension, ARK 750 dual jockey wheel, and 16in alloy wheels with mud terrain tyres.
The interior layout includes a king size front bed, lounge dinette with slide-out table, corner combination shower/toilet and a rear kitchenette area, while there's also a large external kitchen and pantry which can also be accessed from inside.
Other signature Conqueror features include a stainless steel BBQ plate and rear wheel cover, body-mounted axe and spade, and a powder-coated front storage box with wood rack and twin generator slides. While other standard features include a 22in TV, Fusion stereo, diesel hot water and space heater and a dust suppression system.
Buyers can opt for gas appliances or a full electric set-up, with up to 900Ah lithium batteries, a 3000W invertor and 700W solar panels available to run the rooftop air conditioner, induction cooktops and microwave on top-spec 'gas free' variants.
Water storage includes 200L fresh water and 80L grey water tanks, plus there are two externally mounted 20L jerry cans.
A front mounted bike rack is optional, while there's also a choice of either a Conqueror 180 degree Batwing awning or a more caravan-like electric roll-out awning.
The Conqueror UEV-600 was specifically designed and engineered for the Australian market, although it's also available in other regions including North America.
Conqueror Off-Road Australia has been getting feedback on a number of prototypes displayed at local caravan shows in recent months, with some of the suggestions set to be implemented on the final production versions.
The Queensland-based company is current offering some special introductory prices, starting at $76,990 for the basic UEV-600 model, rising to $89,990 for the full 900Ah lithium 'gas-free' off-grid package.
