Following a hugely successful event in 2009, the 2010 Melbourne National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo kicks off at the Melbourne Showgrounds on the September 3-5 Father's Day weekend.
This year more than 200 exhibitors will showcase the latest in 4x4s, boating, off-road campervans, camping and fishing accessories. The event will also feature an improved trailer boating display.
There will be plenty of action on display, and according to organisers the 2010 Melbourne National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo will be the biggest and best ever, with car crushing monster trucks, wheelie jeeps, 4WD TV all-terrain challenge, Loveday 4x4 Extreme Show, freestyle motocross, Mini Moto X and the return of the Aussie Bull Pull.
The Expo will also inform outdoor enthusiasts with tips and techniques on four-wheel driving, outdoor camping and cooking at the Waeco Outback Arena, while those into the noble pastime of fishing will be able to learn their hands at boat, kayak, land or fly fishing.
It will also be possible to join the Carsales.com.au team for an action adventure ride in Toyota's latest Prado GXL V6 by registering on the Carsales.com.au site in the 4x4 Outdoor pavilion.
Boatsales.com.au will also be there, while the new website CaravanCampingSales.com.au will be launched at the show.
To cater for the expected record crowd, the organisers have secured additional car-parking and will provide for multiple entries.
Entry remains at $16 for adults, with children under 15 free, if in the company of paying adults.
All timetables and entry forms for the 2010 Melbourne National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo are available via 4x4show.com.au or fishingshow.com.au.
