A month after launching its ground-breaking Windsor Daintree, Apollo RV has unveiled three more, Brisbane-built Windsor motorhome models at the Let’s Go Gold Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo held at Metricon Stadium from March 5-8.
Unlike the Renault Master-based Windsor Daintree, the three new Windsor motorhomes are all based on Fiat Ducato cab-chassis or van platforms.
The new Windsor motorhomes include the 25ft 6in long, up to four berth Windsor Flinders, which includes a well-equipped kitchen and dinette, separate shower and toilet and a rear club lounge with drop-down electric double bed.
Measuring 25ft 10in long, the new Windsor Simpson features a slide-out double bed and Luton Peak double bed, along with a small dinette, kitchen and rear ensuite with separate shower and toilet.
A long list of standard features for both Simpson and Flinders models include 145 litre (fresh) and 145 litre (grey) water storage, 188 litre fridge/freezer, 100Ah battery with 170W solar panel, internal and external hot/cold shower, three burner cooktop, microwave, roll-out awning, audio and TV systems and roof-top air-con.
Apart from pricing Apollo is yet to release full details about the new van-based Windsor Otway, except that it's a 19ft 8in long, two-berth, 'self-contained' campervan
RRP pricing for the new models is $136,990 for the Windsor Flinders, $149,990 for the Windsor Simpson and $105,990 for the Windsor Otway, although Apollo is currently offering $2000 off as part of a show special offer.
