MDC Campers going super cheap

Chance to grab bargain-priced MDC campers and spare parts in live online auction

Top-selling Chinese camper trailer brand MDC Campers is off-loading a decade’s worth of left-over MDC tent trailers and associated spare parts from its Victorian facility, in a special online auction.

A number of 2015, 2016 and 2017-model MDC campers are being offered ‘unreserved’ at the fire-sale, conducted by Lloyd’s Auctions. Going cheap are a range of camper styles, including forward-fold and rear-fold, some loaded up with a range of features including independent coil suspension, gas hot water, twin batteries, inverter and solar panels.

For DIY types there’s even a early-build prototype pop-top hybrid, with some minor damage.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the campers prior to bidding, as some “may have missing or malfunctioning parts”, as well as surface rust.

MDC says the auction is to clear out left-over campers and parts accumulated over the past 10 years, as it moves to a new showroom facility nearby.

Also up for grabs are hundreds of spare parts including tail-lights, fridge sliders, trailer plugs, poly block hitches, cassette toilets, and leftover canvas.

The auction items are located at MDC’s North Geelong, Victoria facility and need to be picked up by November 16.
