
Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Melt the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over a pan of simmering water. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly.
Mix together the sugar and eggs and stir into the chocolate mixture, adding the vanilla. Sift in the flour and salt and stir in the chopped macadamias.
Pour the mixture into a well greased 20cm square cake tin. I like to use baking paper on the bottom of the tin as well to make removing the cooked brownies easier. Bake for 30 minutes, and then allow to cool. The mixture in the tin will still be a little sticky.
Cut the Macadamia Brownies into squares and enjoy.
