Las Vegas dealer XGrid Campers now has even more of an Aussie Outback theme, with Queensland's Lifestyle Campers joining other premium Aussie RV brands on sale at the off-road camper retail specialist.
XGrid Campers which also has an outlet in Knoxville, Tennessee, has become the US-based outlet of choice for Aussie-made camper and hybrid exports, including the Melbourne-built Track Tvan and the hard-core range of campers and hybrids from Queensland's AOR. It also stocks campers and hybrids from Melbourne-based Opus as well as hybrids from Skye RV, which is a new brand run by an Australian but with a factory in China.
XGrid Campers displayed a brand new 16ft Fusion Hypercamper -- the second one built by Lifestyle -- at the Overland Expo in Oregan in late June. The upmarket off-road camper that comes with Cruisemaster ATX air suspension, Victron power management, 700w solar, a rooftop air-con, induction cooktop and an internal ensuite, is priced at US$79,950 (approx. AUD $118,000).
That compares to the AUD$$89,950 (plus ORC) pricetag when it was released in Australia in early 2024, with the strength of the US dollar working in favour of American buyers after the currency conversion.
Other Lifestyle models like the latest Iconn E4 pop-top hybrid are listed as being available for pre-order, with a 2023-build Icon E2 Elite also sitting on the showroom floor for US$41,962.
XGrid Campers also currently has a Queensland-built 2022-build Patriot X3 camper for sale at US$56,000. Patriot Campers initially launched in the USA around 2017, but now has its own dedicated retail outlet in Las Vegas.
