One of Australia's fastest growing RV companies, and Australia's largest RV rental marketplace have inked a deal that will allow customers at a number of RV dealers to both buy and rent out a new caravan or motorhome from the one location.
A strategic partnership struck between the JB Group and Camplify will see comprehensive managed services for Camplify rentals provided initially at JB's Pakenham, Newcastle, Burpengary, and Perth dealers, while Club Camplify memberships will also be spruiked to customers at the JB Group owned retail outlets.
Taking the hard work out of earning a rental income from your RV off the Camplify platform, the comprehensive managed services at the four JB dealers will include owner and hirer hand-overs, pre/post-hire reporting and RV maintenance.

The multi-million dollar deal, which included the JB Group acquiring a 12.7 per cent stake in the publicly listed RV rental platform, will also see JB promoting Camplify to its customer database and on the What's Up Down Under TV show and website, which the JB Group acquired earlier this year.
JB will also take part in Camplify's paid manufacturer program.
"We are delighted to welcome JB Group as a substantial shareholder and strategic partner," Camplify CEO Justin Hales said in a statement. "This is a significant commercial partnership that accelerates our growth strategy."

A JB Group spokesperson said the Camplify investment and partnership "will unlock a significant new growth phase for both companies".
"By integrating Camplify's products into our network, we can provide more value and a complete end-to-end ownership solution for our customers, from purchase to rental and management," the spokesperson said.
Founded in 2015, Camplify is Australia's leading peer-to-peer RV online rental platform, and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2021.

Founded by Alex and Sharon Xue, the JB Group started off as a manufacturer of JB caravans in 2010, before ramping up production with the move to a new larger factory in 2018.
In recent years it's adopted an aggressive growth strategy with the acquisition of New Age Caravans, Traveller Caravans and Paradise Motorhomes, and currently boasts 40-plus dealers around the country including its latest Pakenham super-centre.
Meanwhile, JB is holding the third Aussie Caravan Street Party at its Burpengary, Queensland dealer on November 27-29.
