Jayco has freshened up its big-selling caravan and pop-top range for 2022, with updates including decor and design tweaks, and more standard or upgraded features added to some versions to cater to free camping enthusiasts.
Outback versions of Jayco Silverline, All Terrain and Journey caravans now come standard with upgraded 200W solar panels and a new MPPT solar system which Jayco says is capable of improving power output efficiency by up to 20 percent.
Outback caravan versions also get an Anderson plug as standard to allow an additional portable solar panel to be plugged in when camping off the grid.

The 2022-model Jayco caravan range also gets a freshen up inside and out, with 'new look' interior furnishing options and a new bedspread, along with new rim designs, sleek black doors and protective black window shades.
Jayco's Journey, Starcraft and All Terrain caravans also benefit from stronger, more durable interlocking internal cabinetry, while the ensuite furniture on Silverline and Journey models has been redesigned for additional storage.
Jayco has also streamlined its entry-level Starcraft caravan range by moving its 12.38-1 and 12.38-2 Pop Top layouts into the more upmarket Journey range. There's just one smooth-sided Starcraft fixed-roof caravan now available for 2022; a 19ft body length model with a choice of couple or family layout and Touring or Bushpack spec, starting from $55,290.

Family buyers also have another option to choose from, with a new 17.58-3 bunk-ensuite model added to Jayco’s All Terrain Pop Top range, priced from $67,990.
Despite caravan sales and prices booming during COVID-19, Jayco has managed to keep a lid on pricing of its range-topping Silverline slide-out caravan range, with the spacious, top-spec 24ft Silverline Outback caravan model starting at $98,990. The cheapest MY22 Silverline available is the 21ft couples' Touring model priced from $86,490.
There have also been minimal price rises across the campervan and motorhome range, with Jayco's entry-level Renault Master-based 19ft JRV campervan now starting at $93,500, while the 'Benz-based All Terrain camper now kicks off at $155,990.
