Goldstream hits the switch at Leisurefest

The Pakenham, Victoria-based caravan builder will launch an innovative new electric-top camper trailer at the four-day show, designed to showcase the latest RV, camping, touring, off-roading and boating products.
The electric winch is available across the range on all of Goldstream RV’s camper trailer models, and will be demonstrated in action on a Goldstream RV Crown model at Leisurefest.
Like the manual top, it takes 40 seconds to go up and 20 seconds to come down, but is operated via a switch conveniently located inside the van’s storage access door.
The 12 volt winch is powered by the caravan battery and has a manual back up if needed, operated by the same crank handle used for the stabilising legs.
Recommended price is $1500 on any Goldstream RV camper trailer, but for Leisurefest only, it will be included free as part of a show special on any new purchase.
Melbourne Leisurefest, runs from September 30-October 3 at Sandown Racecourse, Springvale, and is open from 10am to 5pm daily.
