The Victorian city of Geelong will host two large caravan shows either side of the Christmas break, with the inaugural Geelong Caravan & Adventure Leisurefest running for the first time at the Geelong Racecourse from November 28-30.
Just over six weeks later, at literally the same location, the 2026 Geelong Outdoor Living Expo is set to run from January 16-18.

A popular annual event that's been running for the past 12 years, the Geelong Outdoor Living Expo traditionally kicks off the Aussie caravan show circuit and is run by GTR Events, which holds 16 Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo events across Australia each year.
Last year's Geelong Outdoor Living Expo was its biggest yet, with around 135, mostly RV-related exhibitors and thousands of showgoers rushing through the gates on the opening day.

The inaugural Geelong Caravanning & Adventure Leisurefest is run by Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV), which now holds five annual shows, including the Victorian Caravan Supershow and four Leisurefest shows, in Melbourne, Bendigo, Wodonga and now Geelong.
The CIV is reporting strong interest from its industry members in its new Geelong show, with more than 100 confirmed exhibitors a month out from the event.
In fact, it reckons demand from industry members has been so strong it's had to create 25 per cent more exhibitor space around the Geelong Racecourse than it originally planned for.
"The team at CIV is accustomed to finding solutions to challenging situations that arise at our leading industry shows, though in this case the demand has forced us to remap the show and work with Geelong Racing Club and exhibitors to find more space," Caravan Industry Victoria CEO Daniel Sahlberg said in a media statement.
"And we’ve succeeded in finding an additional 10,000 square metres of exhibition space to accommodate demand, taking our total to over 40,000 square metres," he said.
“It’s the last Victorian caravan show of the year and our members are gearing up to clear stock before the new year. So we believe there will be big end-of-year buying opportunities for those in the market."

Free daily entertainment at the 2025 Geelong Leisurefest includes motorcycle and BMX stunts from the Randy’s Junkyard team, expert presentations and live music on the RV Master Mainstage, and an inflatable maze adventure for the kids. There will also be food trucks on site.
It will also be the last chance to win CIV's Passport to Freedom show prize of a Crusader-built Dreamhaven 15 Series Tourline caravan valued at $68,990.
