The organizer of this year’s National 4x4 and Outdoors Show in Brisbane is promising free train travel for those who want to attend the three-day event which runs from April 4-6 at the Brisbane Showgrounds.
The offer of free train travel is open to those who purchase tickets on-line at the official website. A special train service will run between Brisbane’s Central, Roma Street, Fortitude Valley and Exhibition Grounds Stations across all three days, with the entry ticket to the show acting as a valid travel pass.
As well as more than 130 exhibitors displaying their wares, this year’s 4x4 Show will have plenty of entertainment on the side, including the Isuzu Ute Team D-MAX precision driving team and Tassie Devil Monster Truck, two of the biggest attractions on the outdoor Action Arena.
The Waeco Outback Stage will host a veritable 'who's who' of Australian TV 'outdoors' personalities including ‘Mr 4x4’ Pat Callinan, Kangaroo Dundee’s Chris ‘Brolga’ Barns, the Great Australian Doorstep’s Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt and the Irwin family, including Bindi and Bob.
As well as all major brands involved in the 4x4 and touring accessories industry being represented including ARB, TJM and Opposite Lock, a number of RV manufacturers will also be exhibiting including Track Trailers, Arrow Caravans, E&Z Trading, GIC Campers, Hannibal Safari, Long Point RV, Patriot Campers, Rhinomax Campers and Ultimate Campers.
As a bonus for boating and fishing enthusiasts, the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show will once again be held alongside the 4x4 Show. As well as heaps of marine-related products for sale, the Tinnie and Tackle Show will have its own guest presenters including iFish TV’s Paul Worsteling, and a Kids Marine Zone where youngsters can learn the basics of fishing.
