A number of RV and camping related brands have come home with trophies at this year's running of Australia’s peak international design awards.
European RV accessories giant Dometic received a Good Design Award Gold Accolade in the Product Design Domestic Appliances category for its stylish range of CFX3 portable fridge/freezers, while the Dometic Dust Reduction System also received a Good Design Award Gold Accolade in the Product Design Automotive and Transport category.
Dometic's clever roof-mounted, dust extraction system is designed to keep out dreaded Outback dust from the insides of caravans, while the CFX3 range is the latest version of Dometic's popular Wi-Fi-enabled portable fridge/freezers.
