A futuristic caravan drawing inspiration from one of the most polarising EV pickups on the market, is now available to order with a planned 2025 delivery.
Like other extreme off-grid caravans from California-based Living Vehicle, the new CyberTrailer will boast a list of eye-popping features including a roof made up entirely of solar panels and a system that will suck moisture out of the air to make water.

Judging by the initial 'sneek peak' images and model name, Living Vehicle's latest off-grid creation was heavily inspired by the Tesla Cybertruck, which is not yet available in Australia but has been in American buyers' hands since late-2023.
While few details have been provided, the CyberTrailer off-grid travel trailer will boast enough on-board battery power to charge both its on-board appliances as well as the tow vehicle, if it's also battery-powered.

Other Living Vehicle vans are fitted with a 72kWh energy system which is around five times bigger than the largest caravan battery packs fitted to Aussie caravans. The CyberTrailer will also feature advanced water and waste recycling processes as well as a proprietary water generation system, which extracts moisture from the air.
As well as targetting owners of the Tesla Cybertruck, Living Vehicle says the CyberTrailer will also work well behind other EV trucks like the Ford F-150 Lightning and Rivian R1T, as well as more conventional ICE vehicles.

Living Vehicle hasn't released any interior images yet, but says the CyberTrailer will be available with a folding deck and gear-hauler ramp, while the electrics will be controllable via an iPad tablet.
Pricing starts at US$175,000 (about AUD$264,000), and prospective American buyers are currently able to secure a spot in the production queue by putting down a fully refundable deposit of $100 on the Living Vehicle website.
