Cut-price Clearview mirrors hit the market

New black-only full replacement Classic towing mirrors available from just $529

Big-selling aftermarket towing mirror specialist Clearview has re-invented its original fixed towing mirrors as a new cut-price Classic model.

Priced from $529, or hundreds of dollars less than the top-spec Clearview mirrors, the new cut-price, black-only Classic model is only available with limited features including the choice of indicator or non-indicator versions and manual or electric mirror adjustment.

Clearview says the new ADR-compliant mirrors boast a sturdy, slimline design with a large flat top mirror and smaller convex bottom mirror, and telescopic arms that allow for two driving positions -- normal or extended.

The replacement mirrors fold inwards or outwards and can extend up to 103mm for larger trailers, while Clearview is also promising a straightforward, hassle-free installation process that's designed specifically for the DIYer.

Further details including which tow vehicles the new model is suitable for, on the Clearview Accessories website.
