Longstanding Sydney manufacturer Cub Campers is releasing a new ‘Limited Edition’ version of its off-road Brumby camper trailer at next month’s Penrith Leisurefest Roadshow in NSW.
The Brumby LE version of Cub’s popular rear-fold camper benefits from some added options and upgraded components including heavy-duty coil-spring suspension, different 17in Gun Metal alloy wheels shod with 265/70R17 Goodyear mud terrain tyres and bigger 12in electric brakes.

The Cub Brumby LE also gets a larger 12V water pump, capable of delivering 10 litres of water per minute, hooked up to the Brumby’s standard 80L water tank protected by galvanized steel.
Also part of the upgraded Brumby LE package is a thicker 150 x 50 x 3.0mm (6in) drawbar, similar to that fitted to some earlier Brumby models, and a Cruisemaster DO-35 off-road coupling in lieu of the standard AL-KO off-road hitch.

Along with the Deluxe kitchen fitted as standard to all Brumby campers, the LE version benefits from a bigger fridge box, capable of holding a 95 litre portable fridge, and a pocket spring mattress instead of high density foam. A Redarc BMS 30 battery management system also replaces the standard Projecta unit.
Also setting the LE model apart from the standard Brumby is some red trim on the grey canvas, along with an eye-catching carbon and red theme for the camper’s body and fridge box rack.
The Brumby LE has a RRP of $37,990, or about $7-8000 more than the standard Brumby camper. It's the second 'LE' variant Cub Campers has introduced this year, following the Cub Longreach LE.
