Leading Queensland suspension specialist Cruisemaster is starting to roll out its latest BCS (Body Control System) ‘Next Gen' airbag suspension on some of Australia’s most desirable off-road caravans.
The new hi-tech auto-levelling and inflation system offers a range of advanced options including semi-auto electronic air inflation, auto return to ride height and odometer and service alerts, and was fitted to a number of premium vans at the recent 2025 Victorian Caravan Supershow, including a $160,000-plus Sunseeker Desert Storm and the $300K-plus Sunland LTD ADU Edition show-stopper.
“The Cruisemaster Body Control System (BCS) isn’t just introducing new air features and technologies to the world of caravan and trailer suspension, but we have designed a modular system that provides a platform for a range of advanced technologies,” the Geebung, Qld-based off-road caravan underpinnings specialist said on its website.
Standard features include a van-mounted control panel and mobile app functionality including over-the-air updates, and three adjustment modes: manual left/right, Drive Mode travel height, and Horizon Levelling campside set-up including side-to-side and front and rear adjustment.
Other features include a basic tyre inflation kit and onboard diagnostics, while options include a semi-auto air inflation system, air accessories mode, an odometer and 'Active Ride Height' which requires an additional wheel speed sensor kit.
Cruisemaster says the BCS system has been extensively tested, including as part of its grueling 2024 Remote Area Testing (RAT) trip.
