Catch and Relax ready to float
Desert Edge Camper Trailers releases its first complete fishing and camping package for budget getaways
As Australia's largest builder of aluminium boats and trailers, as well as a manufacturer of aluminium camper trailers and distributor of marine engines, it was only a matter of time before Queensland's Telwater bundled some of its products together into a 'week-end getaway' package.
Due for release shortly, the entry-level 'Catch and Relax' is the first complete fishing and camping package from Telwater's Desert Edge Camper Trailer brand, which produces a range of on and off-road campers.
The package consists of a Desert Edge Breeze Deluxe camper trailer, 350 Cartopper boat and a 4hp Vortex engine; all for $13,800 (Qld, tow- away).
The soft floor, off-road Breeze Deluxe features a marine grade aluminium trailer frame, fully hot dip galvanised chassis and 9ft side folding Stat Proof Canvas tent, and is able to sleep four comfortably.
Measuring 3.5m in length and 55kg in weight, the 350 Desert Edge Cartop should be a breeze for most to lift on and off the camper trailer. Like the camper, it's designed to accommodate up to four people so no one will miss out on the aquatic fun.
According to Desert Edge Camper Trailer's Factory Manager Stuart Morgan , the 4hp Vortex engine, means there's no need to go out and get a boat licence or pay another set of registration fees.
