
Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured dessert hailing from Italy and loosely translates to "cheer me up” in Italian.
All you need are a few key ingredients and a bit of flair to whip up this popular dessert and you’ll be sure to make your Christmas camping experience a decadent one.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
Mini bottle of Kahlua
Packet instant white chocolate pudding
2/3 cup powdered milk
Ladyfingers
Dessert chocolate powder
Mint leaves
Crockery
Individual small bowls or plastic containers and small pot
Method:
Prior to your trip, pack all the ingredients in small zip bags.
Heat 1/3 cup of water to a boil and then mix in espresso and 2 tablespoons of Kahlua.
Using 2 cups of water and powdered milk, make the pudding in a separate bowl according to instructions.
Place 5 or more ladyfingers in the bottom of a pot or bowl, drizzle half of the espresso mixture over them and then spread half of the pudding on top of this.
Layer more ladyfingers on top and then repeat espresso mixture and pudding to so as to create a second layer.
Sprinkle the chocolate powder over the mixture.
Dish out into individual serves and garnish with mint leaves for a festive look.
