The new Hi-Terrain sits on a six-inch chassis and Oz Trekker coil-spring independent suspension (with one shock per wheel). Brakes are 12in electric and wheels are 16in alloy fitted with Cooper ST mud-terrain tyres. The Atlantic comes with a D035 off-road hitch.

Off-road body protection runs to a mesh stone deflector, gal-lined floor with checker plate protection for plumbing and the two fresh water/one grey water tanks.

The body is an aluminium composite construction (with one-piece timber floor) as per Atlantic’s New Generation range and has modular interior fit-out. The two-berth van has the familiar front bed, centre kitchen/lounge and rear bathroom layout.
