The 2025 Kia Tasman is now only weeks away from local showrooms and, right on cue, Australian 4x4 accessory specialist ARB has previewed its upcoming range of Tasman-specific products.
As usual for a modern 4x4, the Tasman teaser catalogue comprises bull bars, bash plates, side steps, side rails, trays and tray fit-outs, roof storage options, tub lids, spotlights and what looks like a cheeky lift kit.
The range has drawn collective praise from ARB’s fanbase, primarily due to the way the – hooped and hoopless – bull bars hide/alter the controversial front fascia, though not all were appeased and likened the specced Korean ute to a “Temu 79 Series”.
Regardless, Kia has been talking a big game for its upcoming HiLux, Ranger, D-MAX and Triton rival and the emergence of the ARB range shows the industry is taking the new model seriously.
It’s worth noting as well that Kia Australia will have its own range of genuine accessories – totalling more than 40 items – for the Tasman, which is primed to become the brand’s best-selling vehicle with a projected 20,000 sales per annum; roughly a quarter of the global production output.
The initial range will comprise dual-cab body styles, 4x2 and 4x4 drivetrains and five trim levels, with prices ranging from $42,990 to $74,990 plus on-road costs.
