ARB CKMP12 portable air compressor
ARB's high-output portable air compressor, the CKMP12, could be just the thing for your next offroad adventureDesigned and manufactured in Australia, the compact unit comes in a heavy duty case and is equipped with a 6m hose with push-lock couplings.
The components are sealed against moisture and dust, and the design has a washable sintered bronze air filter element to prevent contaminants entering the unit.
Integral stop valves, together with the pressure switch and relay-equipped electrical system, prevent operation of the compressor until it is connected to a tyre or other inflatable item. This saves power and energy while maintaining a lower operating temperature because the compressor is not running continually.
There's a raft of safety features to prevent mechanical, electrical or thermal mishaps. The compressor won 4x4 Australia's portable air compressor test in a field of 15, completing a tyre inflation test in half the time of many others.
The CKMP12 retails for $349 and is available from ARB stores Australia-wide.
