Big-selling Melbourne manufacturer New Age has added another pop-top caravan to its range.
New pop-top versions of the popular entry-level New Age Road Owl caravan have been released, following the launch of the Manta Ray Pop Top earlier this year.
Just two New Age Road Owl Pop Top variants will be available initially: a single axle 16ft (body length) version with couple's layout, and a bigger 18ft, four-berth family tandem axle model.
The 16ft layout includes a north-south double bed, kitchen galley, dinette/lounge and full width rear ensuite, while the 18ft family layout includes an east-west double bed, galley, L-shape lounge/dinette, double bunks and corner ensuite with separate shower and toilet.
Base versions of the New Age Road Owl Pop Top come standard with a Walkinshaw design hot dipped chassis, leaf spring suspension, 50mm ball hitch, 15in wheels, BMPro SwayControl, 100 litre water tank, 9kg gas bottle, 164 litre three-way fridge, microwave, gas hot water system, and a four burner cooktop.
An optional Comfort Pack is available with air-conditioner, external speakers, TV Antenna, 100Ah AGM battery, 150W solar panel and picnic table, while buyers can pay even more for an off-road-oriented Adventurer Pack which adds Cruisemaster CR2 independent coil suspension, bigger 16in wheels, extra water tank and gas bottle, and a reverse camera.
The 16ft Road Owl Pop Top is priced from $43,990, with a Tare of around 1750kg and towball weight approximately 140kg. Pricing for the 18ft model starts at $47,990, with a Tare of around 1980kg and tow ball weight of approximately 210kg.
